The issue can be a problem you have found or and suggestion or feature request.

If you report and issue about a problem, Please provide as much detail as you can, Want is happening, What you did. and how to recreate it.
The more information that you provide the easier it wil be to answer you question and to fixed the problem.

By using this form an issue will be sent by mail to me (Mathias, The author and developer of MultiCommander) However, Since I'm very busy it can sometimes takes a while for to answer. And the mail can also get lots with all the spam I get.
So to be on the safer side you can use the forum instead, But if you really want to sent a mail, use this form.
