Sunday, December 5, 2010

It's been over a month since the previous release so its about time to bring you an updated version with the latest fixes.

Over 25 bugs fixed.

One of the most important fixes are a unzip problem when unpacking large archives (over 4GB) and if the zip archive had CRC errors it would not report that. It will now report that the file is broken. And the error handling with zip archive have been improved a lot.

A couple of stability problems when browsing the file system on an FTP server have been fixed.

And you can now create registry values with \ in the the value names.

And Multi Commander now has a new Program Icon. (About time, The old one was very ugly)

New features

You can now move the focus to the next or previously selected file with SHIFT+CTRL+Arrow Up and Down.

Network file systems are now browsed faster if you are running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.

Improved the speed of unpacking a single zip archive. (When the focus is on a zip archive and you pressing ALT+F6)
